The Parade

Star Wars was the best part of the parade. I might go out on a limb here and say one of the few only good parts of the parade. We have had a lot more fun in past years, but it was still nice to get out and keep up our tradition. If nothing else it was a good excuse for another cherry limade!!

This is the Liberty Robotics float.
There is also pictures of Brandon on his float, but I am sending them to Jodi for her to share.

Why Did I Buy Her A New Bed?

Does anyone seen anything wrong with this picture?

Like why there is no kid in it. Where are the Hello Kitty pillows and comforter I spent a small fortune on.

This is my bed. Notice that is not me.

I guess at least the stuffed animals have a place of their own!! I sure don't!!

Red Barn Farm

Brianna went on her first field trip of the year on Friday. Her and her class went to the Red Barn Farm in Weston, MO. How I wish I could have gone with them. They got tours of the farm and got to pick three apples each (out of a bucket) to take home. I had to leave work early to go be with Brianna after the field trip was over because she got hurt (imagine that). I thought she fell, but she pinched it in the window. She was beside herself and wanted her mommy. When I got her, she was better. I really thought she was going to take a nap, but she never feel asleep. I am glad they all had fun. Finally I found a good school for my daughter, that is a really good feeling. Maybe next time I will be able to go on the field trip with her. I knew I could not go with as much work as I have missed with every body being so sick. She is just sooo big and gorwn up, I am not ready for her to not need me!

Back to School

I have not been on blogspot all summer. It was a long summer. Brianna was gone for most of it, and I was in anatomy and physiology which took all of my time. We are back to school now, and having an actual routine is GREAT! My baby girl started school at an actual preschool. I am so happy for her, and she is doing great. She really needed the structure in her day. I on the other hand was very emotional packing her lunch for the first time. She successfully completed her first week and we are both very pleased with her experiences so far.
