We had a lovely day at the zoo yesterday. I went on the field trip with my daughters school. We went through all of Africa in about 3 hours with fourteen children. For the most part all of the children did really good. There were some hurt feelings over taking turns in the strollers, to solve that I just told Brianna she was walking. She made it but was a little tired by the walk back up the bridge out of Africa. I am really glad I got to attend this field trip. This is the first field trip of my daughters I have ever been on. It was nice to be the parent and not the teacher for once.

And they are even more precious!!Brianna is on the far right in the rocking chair not looking to happy, but it was only because she was trying to claim her post in the chair. We had a blast.

I am glad you got to go with her. I love going on the fieldtrips. Those are really good pictures. Sorry you back hurts today. One day of enjoyment and then several of pain and suffering. That is crazy.
How fun!!!! I can't wait for Ry to start having field trips, since Jake and Lacy are too big for their mommy to come along. Right now at his pre-school he has 3 high school helpers per child so the parents aren't invited.
